Built in 1910, in the neighborhood of Barrio Amón,
the Britannia Hotel is listed as a historic landmark for
its beauty and architectural value. The hotel has 24
rooms and is divided into two parts, one is the main
house which houses five deluxe rooms, five junior
suites, as well as the restaurant which occupies what
was once the old wine cellar of the house, appropriately
named "The Cellar". The new part of the hotel consists
of a four story addition containing 14 standard rooms.
The deluxe and junior rooms have a desk, a hair dryer in
the bathroom, and either one king size bed or two queen
